About John Doe

John Doe Fin Co was born from a ding repair shop in Morro Bay.

While working to help our local surfers get the most performance and life from their equipment.  We saw an opportunity to provide more value to our surf community.

Driven by a passion for keeping our local surfers in the water.  We are familiar with a common equation that affects many surfers.

More money spent on equipment = More time working = Less time surfing  

John Doe flips this equation. We provide premium products at an affordable price. Not only do we help you surf better, we help you surf more. 

By running a lean marketing and operating budget. We are able to offer the best products that we can produce and source at prices “Big Fin” brands can’t or won't. We then pass these savings on to surfers like you.
